This website, bridgeup.com, is operated by BridgeUp Tech Private Limited, a company with its registered office in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website. It does not cover our products, Safe Passage and Fiscus, which are provided to client institutions under separate written agreements.

1. The data we collect and why

• Contact form. When you write to us we collect your name, work email, company, and message. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and for related follow up. Submitting the form is your consent to this use.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use this website. It collects device and browser information, approximate location, and pages visited, using cookies. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Google offers a browser tool to opt out of analytics.

2. What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your details for purposes unrelated to your enquiry. This website has no user accounts and processes no payments.

3. Sharing and international transfers

We use a small number of service providers to run this website. Postmark delivers contact form submissions to our inbox, and Google provides analytics. These providers may process data on servers outside India, including in the United States. We require our providers to protect your data to standards no less protective than this policy. We do not transfer personal data to any country restricted by notification of the Government of India.

4. How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions for up to 24 months after our last exchange with you and then delete them, unless the law requires longer retention.

5. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw your consent at any time, and nominate a person to exercise these rights on your behalf. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Write to us and we will act on your request. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

6. Security

We use reasonable security practices appropriate to a website of this kind to protect the data we hold.

7. Children

This website is not directed at persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
