About the Website
1.The Website is an informational and marketing website. It describes BridgeUp and its two products — Safe Passage, event based payment infrastructure for cashflow lending, and Fiscus, agentic loan analysis for banks and NBFCs — and provides a means for prospective clients and partners to contact BridgeUp.
2.The Website does not require you to register for or maintain an account, and BridgeUp does not process any payments, disbursements, or financial transactions through the Website.
3.Safe Passage and Fiscus are made available to banks, NBFCs, and other institutional clients only under separate written agreements executed directly with BridgeUp. 5.You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

Safe Passage is protected under a granted patent held by BridgeUp.
9.BridgeUp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view, and to share unmodified copies of, content from the Website for your personal or internal business informational purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or create derivative works from any content on the Website for any other purpose without BridgeUp’s prior written permission.
10.Nothing in these Terms transfers, assigns, or licenses to you any intellectual property right belonging to BridgeUp, except the limited licence expressly set out in Paragraph 9 above. 19.These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your access to or use of the Website.
